Shipping Policy

At World Fans United, every jersey is produced with attention to detail and premium-quality finishing.

Processing time

All orders require approximately 3–7 business days for processing and production before shipment.

Estimated delivery time (United States)

Standard delivery within the USA: 20–25 business days after shipment confirmation.

International orders

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance and local postal services. Estimated international delivery: 25–40 business days.

Shipping confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the customer's email address.

Incorrect address information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. World Fans United is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Customs & import fees

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes or import fees according to their local regulations.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want every customer to feel proud wearing World Fans United products. Returns and exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days after delivery confirmation.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
  • Products must include original tags and packaging.

Because many of our jerseys are produced in limited batches and customized production runs, we do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer.
  • Minor color variations caused by screen or monitor differences.
  • Delays caused by customs or postal carriers.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If you receive a damaged item, a defective product or the wrong item, contact us immediately with: order number, photos of the product and a description of the issue. Our team will review the request and provide a replacement or approved solution.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only approved in the following situations:

  • The customer received a defective product.
  • The customer received the wrong item.
  • The order was lost during shipment and confirmed by the carrier.

Non-refundable situations include:

  • Incorrect size chosen by the customer.
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
  • Normal production variations or minor visual differences.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. If a replacement product is preferred, World Fans United may offer a replacement instead of a refund depending on product availability.
